Use Paul Sr. and any bike, but the faster the better. When going around the courthouse picking up tokens, it is easier to get time pieces then just circling in and out of the parking garage in the corner. You can get 500 points in about 2 minutes. On the other area when you break things for points, go through area where you jump boards then over dirt mounds. Go in the buildings. One building has a hidden part. Turn in other buildings to break wooden crates for lots of points.
